The people at Windsor gave my mom the best service and treatment from the time she got there until she left. The nurses worked with her throughout the whole time. Keep up the great work

Called on Friday trying to get some basic information on the nursing home and the head director lied and told me her name was Avery. That was a huge red flag for me so I came to google to read reviews I’m glad I did. This place is horrible I will be taking it a step further and report this place to the state of Texas as well.

Do Not Send Your Loved One to Windsor Garden Rehabilitation & Nursing Facility This place is completely unorganized and unsafe. They are always short-staffed, rarely answer the call lights, and leave patient doors shut all night, making it impossible to monitor emergencies. My uncle passed away here during the night, and the staff didn’t discover him until the next morning because his door was closed and no one checked on him. My mother is also a patient — she’s often left waiting 30 minutes or more for help, denied basic care like baths after accidents, and even missed meals after dialysis. The nurses show little compassion, the rooms smell, and the staff avoid responsibility. Please don’t risk your loved one’s safety here.

My mother was at Windsor gardens for a short period of time , the staff made her stay very positive and welcoming. They were very nice to my family ,and I would recommend this place for anyone's loved one for great care. Sharese Woods and other staff members were very helpful with any and all needs my mother had. Thank you Windsor Gardens and staff.
