I don't undstand agencies nowadays how do they expect you to have insurance on a car if you don't have one that's stupid they should know you got to have information on that car before getting insurance you got to have the Vin number etc ! .

I'd like to acknowledge the wonderful therapy my mother JNR is receiving from Marie and other therapists at AC Assisted Living in Garland. Mom has not stopped talking about Marie, her professional attitude and work ethic. It's not easy to impress my mother and she's seen a lot in her 98 years. Medicare will only pay for therapy two days a week (a total of 2 hours) after Mom's hip replacement surgery which had to be done twice. What does she do when she's left inactive the other days a week? Atrophy was starting to set in. Our Baylor physician found Cornerstone Caregiving for us, something I'd been unable to do in my own search earlier this year. I've not lived in Dallas since 1967 and it was vetting suggestions I received from others. Cornerstone has just what we need. They travel to Mom's facility, involve her in physical therapy, give me feedback as to her status and when an occasional replacement therapist will arrive for the appointment so I can alert Mom and she's aware of who to expect, and at a price we can afford. They are always on time, pleasant (hard to please Mom who has high expectations), professional, and it leaves me free of worry as to occupy Mom's time and they make Mom work which is what she wants. When she rests it's not because she's bored. I'm billed online with a detailed invoice which includes the time arrived and who it was. This helps me being Mom's "accountant" while she's recovering. I am so pleased our doctor found Cornerstone Caregiving and plan to continue using them. Why mess with a good thing? It's not as easy to assist walking a 100 lb 98 year old as you would think. Cornerstone Caregiving is wonderful to work with. They are flexible in scheduling what you need. We made adjustments to our schedule, and they were always responsive. The caregivers we encountered were experienced, friendly, kind, and willing to help. JoAnn has a passion for this work, and runs her business very well. I would highly recommend this company to serve your needs.

We had an excellent experience with Cornerstone and Tiffany, the most excellent caregiver they sent! We needed an urgent response and certain hours and they accommodated us perfectly. We truly could not have asked for a better caregiver, not only was she kind, cheerful, attentive but she helped in kitchen area and tidied up which was not expected! We will return to them for sure as needed!
