So I spent 5 days at willowbend. My daughter sent 5 aspirin and a small bottle of tylenol. Along with all my other meds. For 5 days I did not get any medication. Even though when asked we were told that I got it. They lost my hoodie. Kept me in a bed 24 hrs. Didn't bathe me for 3 days. Sponge me the other 2 days.<br>I was just a visitor and Angel hospice was responsible for my care i was told they would check on me over the weekend but no one had the time to look after me for 5 days. They call it Respite, I'm not sure what that means but if this is what I have to look forward to. I would never go back to this home or Angel hospice ever again. This is how they treat your loved ones on hospice when they visit their facility. 1 star is even too much.<br>(.5) is probably sufficient.<br>It saddened me to know that they couldn't take care of my mom for 5 day.<br>I could say more but that's bad enough. I could fill a complaint with the city or whomever.

An absolutely horrible facility. Food is terrible and cold, and staff actually gets offended if you say anything. They are insensitive and uncaring.

I was admitted to Willowben back in September after having knee surgery. Anything negative I came across the staff worked hard and fixed right away. I have to get the left knee done and I will be there again. I love the staff and the food was awesome. I highly recommend Willowben for Rehab purposes. They are GREAT. Shot out to all the staff. Love you guys. My mom also spent time at Willowben. She had a stroke, and spent time there for her recovery and therapy. She enjoyed the staff and everything worked out great.
