This place is completely disgusting. I don’t even feel safe walking by it. A bunch of shirtless “men” that you can tell are up to no good.. they are outside littering, drinking and smoking. It is a shame that a place like that can have a license. Whoever is signing for that license needs to be investigated because I’m a healthcare worker and there’s no way a place like this can pass a health inspection without the inspector getting paid somehow. The county needs to intervene because it is ridiculous and embarrassing

The place is disgusting… it looks more like a homeless shelter than an ALF. People are always outside, wandering.. No idea how a place like this exists. The pictures online are not even closed to what the place really looks. That place is falling apart

I was sent there by a hospital ten years ago. After one week, I had been asked for my food stamp card so many times by other residents. They management did nothing. I had no towel, toothbrush or any hygiene oriducts. I was told I would have to wait until the end of the month when my insurance company would send it. No central air. I wanted to leave and was told if I did I would owe them 3vmonths rent about 9k. I left anyway. I went to the SS office office and they said they can't do that. Oceanview manor billed my insurance anyway for ten, yes, ten years even though bI wasn't living there. They are ripping people off who are depressed. Just depressed and poor. Stay away.

Always treat my daughter very well .The staff is wonderful and truly care.I recommend this place to anyone who needs it.
