I awoke on the day after having shoulder replacement surgery and couldn’t get myself out of bed or stand/ambulate. I was transferred to the Gardens Healthcare and rehab for rehab so I could return home independently . Staff here has been beyond excellent always pleasant and active and always doing the services they’re supposed to do above and beyond. The nursing staff, including Olga and Kendra medication nurses, and Dorothy, Stanislav, Shay, Judy and Camecia the CNA ’s were excellent and caring at all times day or night. I would like to express my appreciation for the following therapy staff members Cherish, Brooke, Sam C ,Sam S, Semuel, Carlos, Ryan, Rebecca, Robert,Jami, Sarah, Holly, Denise, Jody, Ali, Dr. Mike, Olivia and Barbie. They are the Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist that made my difficult situation at my 72 years of age hopeful and positive. They encouraged and supported my every move even to stop and visit from time to time. The treatment is awesome and they are transparent with your progress. Many days I would feel like not going however with their positive encouragement I would go and was so grateful I did. These therapist become extended family. I would recommend this facility above others. Henry Howell RN BSC Retired

My husband has had numerous people care for him while in the Gardens Rehab. People like Marcia who comes faithfully to clean our room and pray for us. What a joy she is when she like everyone has struggles of her own, but still takes a short minute to care and to pray with us. Shay is one of the CNA's, what a joy and wonder she has been. She's fast and caring ... gets the job done so quickly and efficienctly. Many thanks to her. Linda another CNA, so kind and caring. She faithfully has many skills and uses them with great patience and ability. Patricia, one of the nurses, who cares for my husband has many qualities. She listens and responds with wisdom and grace. So wonderful to have these amazing people to give much of themselves and care deeply about the job they are performing. Thanks to you all!

The Gardens Health And Rehab Center ❤️ I am writing this because I truly believe that exceptional service shouldn't go unnoticed. I recently had the pleasure of visiting your rehabilitation Center and I felt compelled to share how impressed I was with your Garden s Team. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, but it was the staff that truly made the experience stand out. It is rare to find a group of people who are not only professional and efficient but also genuinely kind and generous with their time.g looked after by people who truly care about their work. The Attention to Detail: Your team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, handling even the smallest requests with a smile. The Energy: There is a wonderful sense of teamwork and positivity among your staff that is clearly felt by everyone who walks through your doors. Please share my gratitude with the entire team. They are a credit to your organization and made my day significantly brighter. You’ve built something very special here, and I look forward to returning soon. With warm regards, BRANDI B

I originally sat down to write a bad review of The Gardens Health and Rehab Center in Daytona… but I can’t. My mother was admitted in February, and since then the experience has been a joy not only for her, but for our entire family. The people there are simply amazing. From the head administrator, Bill, to the Director of Rehab, Cherish, and Carlos in rehab, everyone treated my mother with dignity, humor, and genuine care. It truly felt as though I were there taking care of her myself. On the floor, the head nurse Kenya, floor nurse Rashara, and even the front desk staff—Cozra and Laura—always went above and beyond to help my mother. They created a warm, comforting environment while she prepared for her next step into assisted living. I would highly recommend The Gardens to anyone with a loved one coming out of the hospital. The attention to detail in her rehabilitation, the professionalism of the staff, and—most importantly—the compassion they showed every day were absolutely outstanding. Great people, excellent care, and a truly supportive environment.

My mother has been in two other facilities before this one. The last time she needed a skilled nursing facility, I had her transported to South Florida. She was not happy at either of the two prior facilities. The gardens, seems to be under new management and it really really shows. I have never seen a better trained facility. Their therapy gymnasium, had many older people and some younger ones, doing rehabilitation work in such an enthusiastic manner. I've seen regular gyms with less of a good vibe. In addition to this, it is almost impossible to pass by someone that doesn't smile at you. I absolutely have a relative there now. I'm not affiliated with this place in any way. As far as nursing homes and skilled nurse facilities go, this is a true gem. Even the doctors that make their rounds, were better than doctors making their rounds at other facilities. A - Z is the absolute best and they should be proud of a job well done.
