An amazing experience!!! The staff here are incredibly kind and caring individuals. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. They not only pay attention to everyone's needs but also tailor their services accordingly. To give an example, they noticed my mom keeps fresh fruit in her room they brought her a mini fridge the next day. Always wearing a smile, they constantly ensure residents are happy and well looked after. Thanks to everyone for all that you do!!! 🌟

My husband spent several days here after breaking his hip. We both thought the care was great. They didn’t hesitate to call an ambulance when he developed complications. Unfortunately he passed away.

I spent some much needed rehab time at Marquis after a difficult knee replacement surgery. What an awesome staff!! Kudos and my thanks to all. Every need was met and they frequently checked on my pain level to make sure I was well taken care of. It's great to see so many people working as a team. This tells me Marquis is not only a great rehab facility but the employees are happy to work there. Again, many thanks to you all, Kelly (D3)

My mother was in their care for six weeks. For three of those weeks she was complaining about intense abdominal pain. When I approached the RCM, Monica, I was told it’s because she was pulling at her catheter which was untrue. Additionally, they were only giving her Tylenol for pain. With 6 days of warning, I’m told she must be out Christmas Eve. I moved her to a new assisted living and within 5 hours the nurse sent her to the ER for what she suspected was an impacted bowel. I’m so thankful they figured it out because after a procedure, she was no longer in any pain. Imagine 3 weeks of that kind of abdominal pain? The RCM is unapproachable, has horrific communication skills, and 100% does not listen to the needs of patients or their caregivers. I’m angry I took her at her word. Definitely “Nurse Rached” on that one. The rest of the staff is lovely, but even they didn’t know what her status was. The answer was always, “I’m not sure. You need to talk to the RCM Monica.” It was 6 weeks of trying to get her help. The nurse from her assisted living was also brushed off by the RCM and couldn’t get accurate information. When she was discharged they didn’t send any of her medications with me. I went back to get them myself. They did not transfer her pain prescription either so I needed to get her another doctor for that. Important note: They consider bed alarms or side rails as “restrictive.” My mother has a broken femur and a new hip. She also has dementia and forgot daily she couldn’t walk so she did anyway. I begged for some type of solution to keep her from being a danger to herself. I received the party line of they are restrictive. Sorry people. Not if the patient needs to stay safe. I 100% say DO NOT use this facility. There are several others in that area. Should either one of my parents require a rehab facility in the future, it will be somewhere else. Her being there was one painful frustration after another and emotionally drained me knowing she was not safe.

I don't usually write reviews but know that when you are in need of a place to send your loved one to rehabilitate, it is good to hear a first hand account from someone else. My mom was released to Marquis in July, 2025 after falling and breaking her knee from St. V's. It came recommended from the doctor there. We were all very, very pleased with her experience there which spanned about a month. They attended to her needs like gluten free meals, extremely patient and caring staff, and thinking outside the box for things like her leaving for a short time to attend a wedding. We would recommend Marquis to others.
