My care was excellent! Big shout out to all the staff especially Dr Draco, my NP, Rose my social worker, My OT and PT team, the CNAs who came running when I pushed the button :) Mattias one of my nurses that took special care with taking out my 51 staples and the med aids! The food was good, the people were pleasant and caring. The room was large and I was roommate free for the 2 weeks. If I ever need Acute Rehab Care, I would request to go back there A++++++. The building is an antique but the staff is priceless!!!!!!!!

I was impressed by the care givers here but feel totally abused by the management staff. Specifically Rosa, the social worker. She will lie, manipulate and straight up leave you hanging instead of doing her job. It's been 3 weeks since they abandoned my father and booted him out before he was ready. We voiced our concerns before his discharge date, but were told this was is discharge date. They had to physically help him into our vehicle the day we left. The discharge nurse spent more time telling us how to apeal the insurance company for more time than going over actual discharge instructions. We would have gladly paid out of pocket for more care at this facility but it was NEVER offered. None of his therapy was set up prior to him leaving and I was told be patient for 10 days before speaking with another person on management who said we could private pay and gave me some numbers. I begged Rosa for help leading up to this and she blew me off. I can only hope something similar happens to one of Rosa's loved ones and she's left holding the bag.

This place is consistently understaffed and the CNA's are overburdened by the number of patients they are assigned. Many times there is a long wait to get help because they are so busy. Some of them are apologetic and explain they can't find another CNA to help because everyone is busy. Where are the nurses? Who knows. The nurses NEVER help. I've seen CNA's close to tears because they're so stressed out. Shame on the management for making this such an awful place!

Absolutely don't. Food is cold and not what you ordered. Staff retaliation if you quote tell anyone but them. Inconsistent care. Some quote nice people who are consistently incompetent. 1 month 2 sponge baths. Bed sores naturally while laundry isn't changed enough, weeping sores and accidental feces can make for a wonderful stay. Pain management is not on time or responsible. Short staffed is an excuse for incompetence while supposedly having a 5 star CMS RATING.

My husband spent about 12 days at the rehab in Oregon City. He and I were so very pleased with the service they provided. All the staff were great. His therapists treated him with kindness and dignity. Jessica is an outstanding coordinator who helped me navigate the care. Thank you staff for your wonderful care. You have our highest recommendation.
