My experience with Marquis Assisted Living has been nothing short of awful. The way some of the employees treat family members is absolutely unacceptable. Instead of offering respect and support, they act judgmental, rude, and completely dismissive. On top of that, I’ve had staff make false accusations and assumptions about family members, which is beyond unprofessional and honestly shocking. Families come in already stressed and trying to advocate for their loved ones — the last thing we should have to deal with is staff who treat us like we’re a problem or talk to us like we’re beneath them. The hostility and lack of basic decency I encountered was unbelievable. This facility seriously needs to train its employees in communication, professionalism, and simple human respect. Based on how we were treated, I would never recommend Marquis to anyone.

I will avoid Marquis Wilsonville. Difficult at times to get discharged before self pay kicks in because doctor is off site and not reachable on weekends to do paperwork. Some “higher ups” are not empathetic.

We can't say enough good things about Marquis Assistant Living facility, Wilsonville. Our Mom has been there for over a year --the caretakers and the staff TRULY care about her. They come from a place of "yes" and do everything possible to make her feel loved and taken care of. Like any places there has been a few hiccups but the Administrative Staff has always been willing to work with us and make it right. We are not sure why these other reviews are so poor. Our experience has been completely the opposite. We are reviewing the Assistant Living Facility not the Rehab which is next door .

Hi everyone, if you can avoid this place I would like the plague! You or your loved one will wait up to if not longer than 3 hours for assistance, SOME staff is very nice, and the food is about the grade of MacD's. For an acute rehab facility you would think they could do better on providing a healthy environment for healing. To think these places actually charge up to 10K a month and this is the service!

I lived at this facility for a little over two years. Administration will not follow instructions and the food that they were providing me was extremely harmful. In the little over 2 years, I had to be rushed by ambulance to a hospital with life-threatening ailments and was on advanced life support. Every time I tried to tell staff of what was going on, they just laughed and said it was not their fault but it was mine. ? Bottom line if you want your loved one to flourish and do well. This is not the facility for you. Even my doctor remarked that with the diet this facility was giving me, they were poisoning me one day at a time. Please beware!
