My mother just recently moved from this facility due to lack of adequate care and attention. I have had to call and file a complaint with the Multnomah County ADA on methods and procedures that my mother had to endure. Yes, there are some friendly staff members, but the people "providing" the "care" are less than. Anyone looking for a facility for their loved one should definitely look elsewhere as this is not an ideal facility especially for the price.

Hello I have been approximately at Marquis Piedmont for a year. I have also spent time in the rehab facility as well. I can tell you from my experiences that the staff goes above and beyond for all of the residents here. The atmosphere is full of joy and the food Is above reproach. The only concern I do have at the moment. Is some money cash came up missing and the issue has yet to be resolved. I have full faith in the staff to rectify this Matter in Full. Anyone that is in Need of a facility should consider this one.

Over the years the staff, the care has continued to improve significantly. Stopped by in October and was impressed with what I saw from the staff.

I wouldn't send my dog to this place (.) For the past week I have come to visit and the staff is lazy! I have been here for about a hour and (this time) the call light has been on for about 45 minutes. Cruel and unusual. The staff doesn't speak unless spoken to. (Extremely weird & also unwelcoming) The sign in book is a joke. (literally) They have no idea who's in the building or how to find out which room a resident is in. I am mind blown. I wish this wasn't my friend last place to call home 😡
