About Lynnwood Grove, a Vineyard Park community

The Cottages of Lynnwood is an assisted living and memory care community in Lynnwood, Washington, designed in a cottage-style layout that creates a warm, residential setting for older adults needing daily support.

The community offers personalized daily care with 24-hour nursing services, including licensed nurses on-site at least five days a week and phone availability for emergencies after hours. Before admission, a financial review is conducted to assess whether private resources are sufficient, and alternative payment options such as negotiated private rates or Medicaid reimbursement are considered if needed.

Cottage of lynnwood has been a wonderful place for my grandma. Heads off to evening caregivers who has been doing a great job with my grandma, especially in memory care, the caregivers are so interactive with the residents, loving, caring, passionate, supportive, diligent and many other. I would personally like to acknowledge Shobna Pillay for being an outstanding staff and providing care to the resident as their family member and made my grandma feel like home. Thank you

I would rate is zero stars if I could. Care Partners does not own the license to run this facility. They will be closed by July 4, 2025 unless miracle happens. They cannot appeal the DSHS decision because don't own the license and they have too many violations. DSHS cannot license a facility that has so many violations and complaints. Care Partners has had a year to fix the issues and has not done so. The list of violations I obtained June 6, 2025, was 25 pages long. Even if they keep the building open, your family member is in great peril living there. The facility is dirty because they don't hire housekeepers. On weekends, there is one staff member for four buildings, including a memory care. Med techs serve meals because nobody is staffing the facility. They have screwed up my mother's medication numerous times, including a full day of missed antibiotics, which led to another ER visit. The building is left unlocked and unsecured all day, every day. Some one could walk in at anytime hurt your family member or ransack the building and nobody would even know, because of low staffing. If you value your family member, do not place them in this facility. It will be closed soon anyway. I was told by DSHS that all Care Partner building are constantly in violation. I suggest you do not consider any Care Partner facility. They have good sales people who claim they are great, but really they are a nightmare!

I would not recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the well-being of their loved one. The food is absolutely terrible—bland, cold, and completely lacking in nutritional value. My family member lost weight while living there because they could barely eat what was served. The management is disorganized and unresponsive. Repeated concerns about my loved one's care were either brushed off or completely ignored. There is clearly a lack of proper oversight, and it feels like no one is held accountable for anything. What’s most heartbreaking is how neglected the residents are. Basic hygiene and emotional needs are overlooked. I witnessed residents left alone for long periods, some in soiled clothing It’s appalling. There are also no meaningful activities or engagement for the residents. Despite the promises made during the tour, there’s nothing structured or stimulating for them to do. It feels more like warehousing than caregiving. This place is not what they claim to be. If you value dignity, safety, and compassion, look elsewhere. Our family deeply regrets placing our loved one here and moved them out abruptly after 71 days.

My sister had the absolute best care at Pacifica. Lynnwood. All the caregivers and staff are exceptional. And they are so easy to talk to and work with. The residents there are treated like family. It is a positive, warm and engaging place for your loved one. During COVID, the staff were a surrogate family for my sister, and I truly appreciate all their loving care. She was blessed with people around her that truly cared. I cannot say enough about Pacifica Lynnwood - a great place for your loved one to be.

I adore Pacifica Senior Living in Lynnwood. I've been visiting there every month for the last 18 months providing the residents with a hands-on painting activity. The staff is so very supportive and attentive. They often sit with the residents as if they were their own family and give them words of encouragement as we paint portraits of local shelter pets needing homes. You can absolutely feel the love that radiates out from staff to client and back again. The environment shows one big happy family, thriving and enjoying their days together. Thank you Pacifica for all you do for your "family" of residents.
