Assisted Living

Our Assisted Living program is designed to help you live a vibrant life by connecting with the people and community around you. If there comes a time when you or a loved one needs more help to get through their day, Queen Anne Manor Senior Living’s assisted living care services can help.

Benefits

Queen Anne Manor’s amenities aim to make you and your guests feel comfortable and at home, in a place where you can enjoy quality time. Each new resident receives a custom-built care plan from our on-site registered nurse that is designed with the resident’s individual needs in mind.

And it doesn’t stop there: Each staff member at Queen Anne Manor, from the dining room servers to the front desk receptionist, works together to ensure each of our residents are their happiest, healthiest selves. Seattle's senior care has never been more luxurious and personal.

Memory Care

We recognize that each person we are privileged to serve is unique in their life history, as well as their dementia and Alzheimer’s journey. Our Memory Care program provides a community for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our highly trained staff works with our residents on a daily basis to support them through their memory loss.

At Queen Anne Manor, we believe deeply in providing personalized care for each of our residents. This is especially true for our residents who are living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. We require our staff, known as care partners, to continually complete extensive certified training to better support our residents living with memory loss.

Respite Care

For a lot of caregivers, taking care of loved ones is a full-time job. The idea of going out of town for a weekend or an unexpected short-term change in care needs, like doctor’s orders after being discharged from the hospital, is a serious stressor for caregivers who already feel worn thin. If you’re a caregiver who needs some extra help for a few weeks or days, respite care might be the perfect fit.

Our Respite Care program gives caregivers an opportunity to take a temporary break for any and all reasons while offering respite care guests access to the amenities and care that we offer on a daily basis.

What is respite care?

Respite care is a temporary stay at a senior living community, often suggested for seniors who are recovering from a hospital visit, fall, surgery or other health circumstance, but is also available for caregiver vacations, senior living trial periods or any other reason. Our Respite Care provides the peace of mind of on-site care staff, prepared meals and enrichment opportunities, without the long-term commitment.

As a healthcare provider, communication is paramount. The nursing and administrative staff, particularly Laura (Wellness Director) Chris (LPN) and Abby ( Executive Director), here are exceptionally organized and proactive. They work together as a team. The nursing staff are always ready with patients' charts, medication lists and insights into patients' wellness when we enter the building, which allows for seamless, high-quality medical visits. The staff will also communicate any emergent issues with our after hours triage staff so that the residents' healthcare concerns can be addressed by our providers in a timely manner. It is clear that the team truly knows their residents, not just clinical needs but also their personalities and preferences as well. We enjoy working with the staff and appreciate each and every one of them.

First off I love the atmosphere here! Everyone is nice which is very hard to find.

The staff is wonderful! Helpful, kind, and have the understanding that we, the residents, all have different needs and they adjust to each individually. The company looks out for the residents and we appreciate that a lot. I love the activity director and the lady who runs this place, Abby. Food is great, love the head chef, and the whole team in the kitchen. I love the whole dining experience here and the servers are doing great. All and all I love it here. Can't ya tell. 🙂
