As a previous resident....I can say I've had better stays at budget motels. At least the motels have service. The staff (mgmt) is beyond repairable, and the director?!?!?! LOL🤣🤣🤣

First off, they don’t even deserve a one star rating. “Buyer beware” of their eloquent description of this dump on their phone advertisement! It’s truly false advertisement. Their staff is unprofessional and that’s if you can even find one when you need some help. I made numerous calls to inquire about my loved one to no avail. Weeks went without a single phone to update me regarding serious concerns. I called the Director, Vicky Mitchell, who upon admission, assured me I could call or text her anytime and she would get right back to me. HA! I had to drive 3 hours from another state to check on my relative. When she saw me she didn’t have the courtesy to acknowledge my presence, nor explain or apologize her negligence. I even made calls to the “big boss lady” Rebecca, Executive Director, left messsges but no returned calls from her either, expressing my concerns for my relative, who had wandered off the premises twice, completely lost and scared. We found her lost and confused near a major highway. Nobody at the facility even knew she was gone!
As for the facility itself, which they are calling “apartments” is a complete falsehood. They are dumpy rooms with a toilet and a sink. The closets have no handles, the carpets are old and dirty, to name a few. I requested simple repairs so my relative could at least open the door to the closet. My request was ignored, so we fixed it ourselves. Be prepared to fix broken things yourself.
Next life altering thing was my relative was there for a week without anyone checking on her. She had six days of uneaten meals on her floor. Not only was she malnourished, the rotting food wasn’t ever removed from her tiny room! Zero garbage was removed, no bathing for one month until I arrived and showered her myself, and her bathroom sink was filled with green scummy water from plugged plumbing! To say this was unhealthy would be a gross understatement. It was severe neglect and emotional abuse.
I could go on and on with details to substantiate my complaint, but suffice it to say you wouldn’t want your dog living in this hell hole. We have since moved our loved one to a new facility where people actually care for her.
