I am very impressed with Serengeti! They have been reliable, trustworthy, accommodating and solution oriented in their problem solving. They’ve offered me peace of mind and a level of consistency that’s allowed me to keep up my work uninterrupted, which is impressive considering my dad’s increasing care needs and difficult behaviors as his dementia worsens. I wish I found them earlier - they know how to be proactive and accountable and hire people who have delightful temperaments that I can trust in our home. My highest recommendations and extra thanks to Diossy.

We have had three caregivers through Serengeti Care for our 23 yearold son. Each caregiver has gone above and beyond what was required with a true passion of giving. We are blessed to have found Serengeti Care. The office staff is pleasant, caring and responsive. We have found our caregivers reliable, honest and comforting. If you are in need of care for a family member, give them a call. I'm sure glad we did!

I have been 100% satisfied with the management and care at Serengeti. We have used several other agencies, and Serengeti has been the most professional, reliable and personable of all. I feel that they truly care about my daughter and tend to her as they would their own family member. I highly recommend Serengeti Care.

Almost two years ago, we hired Serengeti to come serve us with care for my father-in-law living with us. Tanya, the intake supervisor, was especially helpful, and we always had good caregivers in the time before his passing. Fast forward to last week, because of our good experience then, when another relative had a need for caregiving, we checked with Tanya at Serengeti. Tanya even outdid her previous reputation with us, and went far above and beyond, helping us set up care over the weekend and on very short notice from an earlier than expected hospital release. I would highly recommend Tanya and staff at Serengeti.
