Staff are amazing. Very cheerful and caring. Only issues are there are no activities after 3:00. My mom gets sad when she’s all alone. Also the building in general is dark. Needs better lighting. Updated decode wouldn’t hurt either. My mom called it a dungeon.

Our dad received care here seven years ago, and when our mom needed services, we chose this same place again—and received the same excellent care. The physical and occupational therapy team is patient, skilled and knowledgeable. The nurses and the CNA's are nice, attentive, patient, and kind. They show they care about their patience. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are private and spacious. Social worker was very informative and helpful. Holy Cross is highly recommended and truly made a difference in our Mom's recovery journey and hope it makes a difference in your loved ones as well.

My mom was put in there for some physical therapy and from the first day it was horrible, they would move her phone at night so she couldn't call us then she took a turn for the worse and we told the nurse we wanted her to go back to the hospital and she refused and said mom didn't need to go and argued with us, two days later we demanded that mom be taken to the hospital and once there we found out that he had a heart attack within the last two days. Mom died a week later... this place should be shut down, mom was on very high level of oxygen and they took it off and put her in tge bathroom and left her there yelling she couldn't breathe.... this place is a joke... I would never recommend it to anyone

Excellent place for my mom. She is 96 with dementia. She fell a few weeks back, broke her hip and fractured her shoulder. After surgery she moved to holy cross for rehab. They take Excellent care of her. Keeping her and the place very clean, the food is very good and it quiet and pleasant. They move from her bed to wheel chair. Take out ro comminarea for meals and vist with others. Rehab each day takes her and gets her to stand and walk as much as she can. They helped me with insurance and other needs like getting wheel chair, hospital bed for home and other suggestions for home care. Can't say enough about how well everything has gone! I would give ten stars ! Thank you holy cross rehab. Mark
