This agency- and all the people we’ve worked with so far- have been such a huge help to our entire family. From our intake meeting with Jade, who answered every one of questions, to meeting and working with our Dad’s carer Kim, who has been such an incredibly kind, communicative and active carer for our whole group; every step has been smooth and easy. It’s taken an immense amount of anxiety off our family to know we can rely on these ladies!

This is the first experience with in home care. The family is thrilled with Home Instead. Our father loves the two caregivers scheduled over 5 days a week. He has no filter, so we would know if he was unhappy. LOL! Tonia and Krystal are very attentive and proactive. Great personalities and easy to work with on everything. They have both owned their responsibilities with a high level of professionalism. Many thanks to Jade and Emily as well.

We have used Home Instead to come and help my Dad three times a week. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been phenomenal. Minerva has been exceptional. She has really “gotten” my Dad. She engages him and gets him moving. He really likes her, and constantly raves about her. He asks me is “Min” coming today? It’s so reassuring to know that he really looks forward to her coming!!

My dad and I absolutely LOVE Home Instead and my dad’s daily caregiver, Christine Ripley. She is very nice and an EXCELLENT worker. Very kind and compassionate and goes above and beyond with everything she does. She is very reliable and we recommend her and Home Instead to everyone we know. My dad’s caseworker, Cynthia is very sweet and compassionate as well.

Our family can not say enough about the Francis House…. From day one when Jade went above and beyond to make sure our loved one had bedding and everything she needed and maybe even few extras to make sure she felt very comfortable…… Tatiana and Casey who go above and beyond on the daily activities to making the patients feel comfortable and bring joy to their days….. this place has such a sense of peace with those two working there….. Francis house is the most beautiful clean small group home I have ever seen…. They make visitors feel like family being so warm and inviting…… we can not thank Francis House enough for the love and support they have shown our loved one
