From cockroaches, to inexplicable problems getting trays of food, food quality is went down significantly, that place is never helpful with anything. Water gets shut off least every other week, they don't fix anything in the apartments. The activities they provide are repetitive and not enjoyable for the majority of people here. They've said they've got memory care for 3 years now at this point and they still don't. The food is gone downhill to the point where my mother one time got a I guess sloppy joe which was completely cold it came with waffle fries and she got exactly three cold soggy waffle fries along with the cold soggy sloppy joe.<br><br>This place needs New Management and a new direction because this place is just turn from someplace that was somewhat decent to a cockroach infested stinky place. They have some sort of septic issue where the entire Wing that my mom lives in will reek of feces, the outside also reeks of feces now that it's winter the outdoor feces smell is gone, but at least once a week I come in here and the entire Wing that she lives and smells of feces. There is something wrong with their septic tank or their plumbing. They don't fix any of it. If you have a problem, it's generally put on hold for several days before they resolve it, and generally they just forget about it and have to be reminded again. For the amount of money they charge for these little tiny apartments, you would think there would be more amenities and more things to do here. This place is straight up depressing. And it's not just me that feels this way, my mom plays cards with about five other ladies and they say the same exact things about this place. It's really not a good place do not send your family here
