I was there after surgery for rehab and recovery. My doctor call them for instructions on what to be done every day for my wound nurse refused to follow instructions. I was pulled out of there for a bad infection from my doctor. Had to have a 2nd operation to try to clear infection and still fighting it with IV antibiotics going on 2 months now. I will take action.

My father went here for rehab and out of all the places he has been this place I have felt has the most loving and caring people. He has made amazing progress at this establishment. I would say if you want to know how your family members are doing YOU need to call and ask questions and be an advocate for them. I will say the halls are nice main areas are nice every time I have been there it smells clean. I’m not going to lie I’m kinda disappointed in the rooms for the residents, I think they r still remodeling. I will say who ever took this place over is doing a great job at bringing this place back.

I would NEVER allow a love one to be cared for here. The neglect of care for patients is so evident. It makes me so sad. The care is so poor that I’m finding a way to report this place. Horrible place to put your love ones. Took care of pts that were from this place in the ER and the neglect and abuse that there was. I hope every staff is reported to state. Their licenses need to be taken away.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. My mother in law was just moved there today. She is there for rehab on her knee. The staff that came in to take her to the restroom and they were very rude to her. Her knee was hurting and they told her that she just needed to deal with it. I’m very upset. If this continues I’m calling the police. They have multiple bad reviews, I’m very upset that her caseworker at the hospital sent her there.she also said that he was very rude to her.

My husband was put in here for rehab after his heart surgery & was suposed to be on 24 hour watch. On his 3 rd night, before he even started rehab, he fell, probably coming back from the bathroom & they told us they found him pinned between the bed & the wall by the window. They asumed he had laid they around 4 hours before they found him. Now, does that sound like 24 hour bed watch to you!? My dad was in here a few years before that & I went to visit him one day & he had wet himself repeatedly till it was up past his pillow. It was turning brown. When I went down to the nurses station & ask for them to PLEASE come & change his bedding & clean him up. I was ignored repeatedly!! And by the Head Nurse no less!!!! Now I just found out my sister is in there!! Im praying for her!!
