I met with owner last year but I chose another home care agency's services. It's been a lesson for me to learn to discern my instincts. I've experienced a lot:to keep it simple. I've been with Right At Home HomeCare for only a month. They live Their Story: I experienced a brain injury in April 2023. It was a nightmare... Now, with Right At Home: I feel safe, heard, and respected. The owners, my two home care persons are a blessing I never experienced before now. Their entire HomeCare team is assisting me, guiding me, and helping me to live successfully in my home. After 6 other home care agencies. I know my Heavenly Father saved the: " The Best HomeCare for Last". RIGHT at HOME, South Bend, Indiana. I'm so humbly grateful for the Homecare services🏩😇😇

Right At Home HomeCare has been a dream come true when it comes to their HomeCare services, the owners, staff are great!!! Jon and Katrina make me feel heard and not just another client; but a elderly person thriving to live the best life I can. My current homecare staff assisting me: are courteous, thoughful of my needs. They are both; patience, and focused on my homecare assistance, and go the extra mile in supporting my care. I've experienced a lot of homecare agencies that talked the talk, took me on as client; but their services were of negligence, unprofessionalism, and none caregivers were experienced. I experienced such unprofessional service from the other homecare agencies, went through a lot turmoil, gaslighting etc. I feel as if the Universe allowed me those challenges; to now be able to appreciate/experience the compassionate, professional, and personable homecare services I have with Right At Home. “Right at Home” was very professional and expedient when we needed them. Our caregiver Heather was wonderful with my 100 year old Mom. She provided companionship and a very helpful hand in meeting her needs.

I was taking care of my husband who was very ill. I wasn’t getting much rest or a good nights sleep. I called a few agencies, but they all said we’ll get back with you in a few days. I couldn’t wait a few days. We called Right at Home and they came out that afternoon and gave me a loving caregiver for that night. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to help me take care of my husband. Queen took excellent care of him all night. I was so grateful she was there in the morning when he passed so I was not alone. I will never forget her kindness and their promptness in my hour of need.

Ronnie has been the biggest asset in transitioning my parents from independent living to assisted living. She knows what my parents need, she cares about them, she makes sure others are doing what they need to do to take care of them, she has even visited/checked on them when she wasn't working. I consider her part of the family and tell her I love her. This is not an easy job, but her being with my parents also helps me to keep my job. How rare it is to trust someone so completely to care as well or better as me and my siblings. She is a true gem and should be appreciated greatly!! I love you Rhonni!! God bless your heart!!
