From the time we found that our mother will be at WR. We called the admission staff. They were professional. Richard the executive director always available to talk to us. This is very rare in this business. We moved in and all the staff welcomed us. However, the elevator was scary for my mom because it kept closing as she about to walk in and out of the elevator. It bumped us a few times. So my mom was excited and scared because this is her first time away from home. She met her neighbors and oh wow some of them has been there over 10 years or so. Unfortunately because of her health issues. We left WR within 3 days to ER. I just wanted to shout a huge thank you to Richard. After my mother left. I called Richard and he helped me to understand the basics information what to expect from the insurance company to other places that would fit my mother needs. Thank you and please fix that crazy elevator for the safety of your residents.
