I love my Deluxe in the Sky! My one bedroom is spacious, lots of closets space, fantasy bathroom never imagined a bathroom so big! Its handicap safe! They even build me extra rails for my bathroom and adjust my toilet 🚽 to higher off the ground due to me falling off the toilet; very clean building! Kitchen small but perfect for me! Security guard actually do there job! I feel safe all the time!

Doesn’t have a designated area or mail room for delivery drivers to leave packages in a safe location. On top of that they Will not allow delivery drivers in the building to deliver packages to residents doors unless the resident buzzes them in. Staff tells residents to stop ordering things if they can’t get the stuff, but also again won’t let delivery drivers deliver to the doors unless buzzed in by the person. This is a 62+ living apartment building, should probably think about doing a courtesy to your older residents and let delivery drivers do their job even if resident isn’t available to buzz in. OR provide your residents a designated area to receive packages.

I’ve lived in this apartment for 17 1/2 years and I have mold in my apartment and they won’t do anything about it and it’s killing me so I don’t recommend it
