Caring., compassionate and committed…CareOne. Words that describe the team at Harmony Village at Paramus. I have worked with several of the team at this community for many years and have seen their dedication to their residents. There is the feeling of family they share. Caring for people takes experience and understanding but most importantly it takes heart to care for others. Under the guidance of Kirstin Walsh you will find that heart at the center of it all. She truly cares for her residents and her team and it shows. And honestly, I know from experience and many years of working in assisted living that a team that is valued and supported makes for the best community which is what you want for your loved one and that is what you will find at Harmony Village at Paramus.

This is a beautiful CareOne Center. Leadership is present, culture is great, it’s a walk-in and love-at-first-sight experience. Forgot to mention the amazing food the culinary team prepares.
