From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Once I was in my room, Evelyn attended to me immediately. Throughout my entire stay, every member of the team was warm, welcoming, engaging, kind, and compassionate. They consistently went above and beyond to meet my needs, making me feel valued, comfortable, and exceptionally well cared for. Thank you Evelyn, Stephanie, Carlos, Ivan, Kevin, Emylyne, Annette, and Phoebe you all did an exceptional job!

Care One is a great choice for your loved one. It offers excellent care from skilled nurses and skilled CNA staff. There are top notch physical, occupational and speech therapy providers and the food is pretty good.. I attach a photo of my wife doing physical therapy. My wife has now moved from the rehab area of this facility to the memory care area and receives excellent treatment. I especially love how much care Joanna, Evilyn and Josephine give my wife. They are all CNA staff. Kudos to them all 👍👍❤️❤️

Such a wonderful experience here. The staff are amazing. My favorites are the nurses, Ivan and Iris, Kitty from Noa Diagnostics, such a sweetheart! And Annette from Concierge. Annette gave me a bag, we talked about vacations, she's from PR and my husband is from CR. She talked to me like I was a friend not a patient, it's so refreshing to be around people who love life and who feel blessed and don't take one breath for granted. My mom passed away last year and when I was talking to Annette, it felt like I was talking to my mom again. Just a caring and kind person; Kind and caring just for the sake of being kind and caring, expecting nothing. My stay was very comfortable here, food was good and it's very clean here. Felt like a spa day for me while I healed. Leaving here feeling positive, blessed, seen and heard. God bless everyone here at Care One at Ridgewood Ave.

Careone at Ridgewood Ave in Paramus has been a wonderful healing environment for my 87 year old mom. She has received the best physical therapy with state of the art equipment and the nurses and staff have all provided the most compassionate care. The facility is extremely clean. The also have beautiful indoor and outdoor comunal spaces where patients and family members feel at home. The location is well suited for patients with dementia like my mom

The level of care at this location is outstanding. My mom was discharged from the hospital and transitioned there for rehab. She received care that made me feel beyond comfortable and put me at ease. The nursing staff knows their stuff there for sure-I asked SO many questions and they were beyond patient with me. The admission process and people I talked to were so kind and understanding and helpful through the process. Activities were engaging, caring and I loved seeing how they came to her for visits to keep her occupied when she wasn’t able to leave her room.
