Harmony Village at CareOne Valley-Westwood has been a godsend for my husband who has severe Alzheimer’s. The staff is highly competent AND genuinely caring. They constantly find creative ways to engage him and provide dignified personal care. They also always play music he loves to keep him happy.<br>They are also so good at being in touch with me and letting me know what works best for my husband.<br>This is a really wonderful memory care facility!

From beginning to the end, the care at Harmony Village was phenomenal. Everyone there went out of their way to take care of our dad (and to make sure the family was ok!). The staff genuinely cares for all the residents and goes out of their way (day and night) taking care of them.<br><br>I highly recommend Lisa and her team to anyone who needs a loved one cared for.

My father has been in Care One Valley, since December 20th of 2025. We just hit the 3 month mark. He was admitted for rehab, and as he is still not strong enough to go home, he has now been moved to Harmony Village, indefinitely. The class of people, here at Care One Valley, are stellar. Top notch care, from the CNA's and nursing staff, to the Rehab therapists, with Jen Addison spearheading the process. The level of therapy and the rehabilitation under her direction, has been nothing short of tremendous. I am grateful for their professional care and guidance. Lisa Rhoads has been a fantastic administrator, and Blossom, the social worker, has all her skin in the game; very pro-active, energetic, and a real pro at streamlining all the moving parts of my father's admission, then discharge, then re-admission, providing a balancing act with all parties concerned. She is truly gifted. However...the real stand out person, is MELISSA BLAKE- the Executive Director of Harmony Village, the Assisted Living part of Care One Valley. She has ensured a smooth transition for my dad from the SNF area to the Assisted Living area, providing everything his room was missing, checking on him numerous times daily, and helping us navigate terms for a possible long term stay. She - without any fluff or exaggeration, is world class in her abilities and her role in my dad's care, MASTER CLASS. This is the best solution for my dad. I trust these people to my core.

Just moved my mother here from another Nursing Home and must I say what a difference. The staff is wonderful, everyone is very professional, intelligent, and caring. Anyone I go to speak to, knows what is going on and who I should speak to for certain things. The facility is clean, well maintained, and spotless. Shoutout to the wonderful nurses who have kept my mother safe and watch her very closely, making sure my mother is comfortable and feels at home. The activities hosted are so great, even I come by sometimes to participate with my mother. All in all, thank you CareOne for keeping my mother safe and making her feel at home.
