My mom was recently at this rehabilitation center. She spent seven weeks after a fractured pelvis. I was very happy with their quality of care they provided her. A special shout out to my mom nurse Karl and CNA Britney.

My MIL was recently discharged from Dellridge. She was there around 3 months. In that time, she was treated well, pushed in her therapy, and met some great people. When dealing with staff, I found them easy to talk to and they were very helpful. I maybe wish that there was a wee bit more contact about my MIL's daily therapy (she was not great at letting us know the actual facts, lol), but otherwise, very impressed. Also, Iris was very helpful when it came to options after Dellridge. She gave me all the information that I needed and aided me in making sure that my MIL was prepared when she left.

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone at Dellridge who cared for my Mother during her stay there following surgery! We were obviously nervous about the prospect of her being in rehab but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Everyone from the nursing staff to aides to PT and OT professionals were excellent. Various other employees dropped in during the day to chat and provide fun and engaging conversation which we loved and appreciated. Each and every doctor we met were equally fabulous. I want to share my appreciation and a special thank you to Peter who played Irish music for my Mom and put her at ease from day one!! He along with many others made my Mom feel cared for in a special way. I will always be thankful for the caring way she was treated along with the respect we were shown as family members.

To the entire staff at Dellridge my Mother and my family would like to say a heartfelt thank you for your outstanding care during my Mother’s stay from mid December through early March. From daily nursing care, social care, OT and PT everyone was kind and caring. My Mother had such a great experience and could not say thank you enough.

Usually when you see such a long review you are anticipating a horrible experience. This is not the case here. I had a truly great experience at Dellridge Rehab in Paramus. After a very difficult and disappointing stay at another facility, my wife was fortunate to be connected with Danielle and Verde from admissions, who helped get me into the new rehab wing. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the difference. The night shift staff immediately put my wife and me at ease. After everything we had been through, we were guarded and emotionally drained. Then came Jenna, one of the evening aides, and it was like a weight was lifted. She was incredibly kind, attentive and compassionate. Exactly the presence we needed. The way she cared for me with such intention and empathy reminded me what true caregiving looks like. If someone I love ever needed care, Jenna would be the person I’d want by their side. What really stood out to me was the hands-on involvement of the director, Rachel. She stayed late during my admission to personally oversee the process and make sure I was settled and comfortable. I initially thought I was getting special treatment until I saw her give the same attention and kindness to every patient she interacted with. Her leadership truly sets the tone for this facility. I also want to highlight Chris, the administrator, who left a strong impression on me right away. Even before we met, he was calling me by name and staying on top of every detail of my care. Even if there was a small hiccup it was handled promptly. He’s incredibly efficient, approachable, and hands-on. It’s rare to see someone in his position so involved and it made me feel truly seen and valued. The nurses both day and night were excellent. Erica I had the pleasure of being cared for most often by Camille, who brought great energy, professionalism, and a genuinely kind attitude to every interaction. She felt like a supportive aunt warm, wise, and always ready to make sure I was comfortable and cared for. When I first arrived at Dellridge, I couldn’t even sit up. The idea of walking felt like a distant dream. Now, thanks to the incredible therapy team, I’m doing things I never thought I’d be able to again. The rehab gym itself is beautiful spacious, modern, and more like something you’d see in a luxury building than a medical facility. The blend of PT and OT staff brought different strengths and styles that really complemented my recovery journey. My social worker, Leilani, was also a tremendous support during my stay. She was easy to talk to, quick to follow up on anything I needed, and made sure I always knew my options and next steps. Her care and professionalism gave me peace of mind, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner. I especially want to thank Cher, Isabelle, Cory, Mel, and Ada. Cher was my main therapist, and her steady, patient, and knowledgeable approach was exactly what I needed. She knew how to challenge me just enough without pushing too far and thanks to her and the rest of the team, I’m now walking with confidence and strength. Dellridge isn’t just a rehab center it’s a place of healing, compassion, and exceptional care. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who helped me along the way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dellridge to anyone looking for top-tier rehabilitation with heart
