I visited my sister at Barnett Subacute. I noticed that the facility is clean, the environment is pleasant.and there were no " institutional smells". My sister said the food is good and the aides are nice. I met one while I was there and she was very personable and nice, not only to my sister, but to me as well. If I ever need to go into rehab I would choose this facility.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so professional. They were always courteous and helpful going above and beyond to ensure my wellbeing. Emily and Margaret were especially supportive and helpful and truly caring. The cleaning staff kept the rooms, bathrooms and hallways very clean. The food was exceptionally excellent, five star dining experience with every meal. Physical and occupational therapist were very instrumental in my recovery offering professional and excellent service. The receptionist was kind and always smiling when welcoming guests. I am grateful for all the wonderful hospitality and support offered by your facility and wish everyone the best. Thank you!🙏🏾 Sincerely, Nicole (room 333)

The staff has been amazing Lauren getting my family member transferred here woth such efficiency. Evelyn has been great help as well as the females at the receptionist desk. I met with a few nurses Tim, Jackie, Latoya, Darlene,Amy. A tall young man who kept checking on my family member as well. I love the patience and cleanliness of the unit. The room itself is always clean. My family member still has some way to go but I can sleep easy at night knowing the great care the staff provides. I will repost an update when that time comes. Thank you all for all you do it is appreciated i say it everytime i Visit to any staff who i encounter.
