My mother has recently become a long term resident and I am very impressed by the care she has been receiving at this facility. Shout out to all the staff who are involved in caring for her but especially Debbie from activities who is so attentive to her in addition to her aide, Myriam! The others that I have met and are involved Joanna, Natalie and Jennifer are also wonderful. My mother does not speak English at all and yet they all try their best in making sure her needs are met. I have peace of mind and that matters a great deal!

I want to personally thank Debbie for getting my uncle involved in many of the daily activities at the facility. It has been great to see him socializing more and he has communicated to our family how wonderful Debbie has been with checking in on him and making sure he stays active. She is always a pleasure to talk to!!!

It is important to note I am an RN working in the rehab/ LTC industry since 1993. The minute we were told my mother needed to go to a rehab, I knew exactly where to send her:) The rehab and nursing staff exceeded my expectations! My mom required two people to assist her with transfers in the hospital. Unbelievably she walked out of Family of Caring Montclair independently! She is doing fantastic thanks to this talented team. I knew they were good. Now I know they are amazing! Five stars in my book!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
