I’m so happy that the staff here are so efficient .Jimmie King (The Administrator)is one of the reasons that the facility is run with such efficiency. He’s always accessible, very understanding & most importantly he listens. A great addition to Woodcliff Lake. I can rest easy when I leave my wife here knowing that she’s cared for with love! After almost 6 weeks at the facility, my mother was released. There are not enough positives. I can state regarding her care. Everyone involved in her care was professional, thorough, and thoughtful. Special shout out to Al, Marie, Nina and Cate of the nursing staff for the exceptional care they gave her. Her PT and OT nurses, Lauren, Caitlyn and Colleen, were outstanding. The Activities group, Dean and Daniel, lighten the mood with fun and creative activities. I do know the prior ownership did not provide excellent service. This ownership group has gone out of their way to provide a well-thought-out facility. My entire family is extremely grateful to everyone in this facility. Final shout out to Gina, who was our initial contact and always went out of her way to make sure things were running smoothly.

We had a wonderful experience at Woodcliff Lake Rehabilitation Center. The staff were caring, professional, and always went the extra mile to make my 92 year old mother comfortable. We were so Lucky to have Dorata aka, Dorthy as her nurse, she was very special and actually made a difficult experience enjoyable!!! Everyone that worked there from the admissions office, the social workers, all the nurses and aides, the physical therapists, everyone was wonderful! Her therapists helped her progress every day, and I felt like her concerns were always heard. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. Thank you to everyone who made her stay so positive — I highly recommend this center to anyone in need of rehab care!

This Rehabilitation facility is amazing. I'm a doctor and I've been here for 5 weeks with my 90 year old father in law who fell and broke his arm and shoulder. The staff the nurses the AIDS are all amazing and pay attention to everyone of his needs in a timely manner. They all take a personal interest in his care. It's not one of those locations where the patients are ignored it's exactly the opposite it's a location where the patients take top priority. 5 + stars in my opinion and I've been here daily for 5 weeks.

My brother was transferred to Woodcliff Lake Rehab to be closer to my house. I am happy with all the staff from front desk to nurses station all aides and physical therapist! Etc. food is good. Community room is a bit small but the patio is nice as is the other areas. Clean, bright, and good size parking lot,
3 inspection visits in the last three years, 25 citations on file. Inspections are conducted by state agencies on behalf of the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Have approved installation, maintenance and testing program for fire alarm systems.
