Woodcliff Lake Health & Rehabilitation Center is a rehabilitation and sub-acute care facility in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, offering comprehensive therapeutic services and individualized care plans designed to help clients regain independence.

The center features three dining rooms serving healthy cuisine prepared by an accomplished chef, a library, grand piano, fireplace in the lobby, and an aviary. Common areas include lounges with large-screen televisions and mini kitchens, comfortable patios and decks on both ground and second floors with sun-drenched seating. Private and semiprivate suites are equipped with flat-panel televisions, wireless internet access, and private bathrooms.

Care is delivered by a comprehensive healthcare team including a physiatrist, nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, a social worker, and a registered dietitian. Each client receives one-on-one therapies seven days per week, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Specialized programs include joint replacement rehabilitation, customized neurological therapy programs with forced-use therapy, amputee rehabilitation with prosthetic and orthotic fitting and training, and pain management utilizing TENS/E stim and ultrasound machines. A state-of-the-art therapy gym operates under the guidance of the physiatrist, and three full-body therapeutic whirlpools are available.

Daily activities are coordinated by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and include art therapy, movies, games, outings, music and cooking classes, with after-dinner programs and recreational activities taking place throughout the week, including on the outdoor patio. A dedicated rehabilitation wing houses clients focused on recovery and independence.

The facility has received multiple deficiency-free surveys from the New Jersey State Department of Health and Senior Services and maintains an exceptional staff-to-client ratio with dedicated rehabilitation teams assigned to each client.
