At Family of caring to strengthen my legs which failed me last week. Don't know how long or short my stay will be, but I have learnt quite a bit about this place. Therapy is very available with the nicest therapist and so far I've made good progress in a short period, having 2 sessions per day. Food could be had in room or dining room and I've enjoyed the quality of most of it. Most impressive is the cleanliness throughout and the setting is nice and timely. Most of the workers who have worked with me have been fine, caring and patient.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care and compassion provided to my Mother for about 6 weeks during her stay at family care in tenafly from her head Nurse Sullie. I was very worried when my mom initially arrived there from a 2-week stay at the hospital because she was given the wrong meds upon her arrival the following day at the facility. Naturally I was very upset but Sullie made sure she stayed on top of my Mom's care. From the moment we met Sullie she demonstrated genuine kindness, professionalism, and a commitment to provided my Mom with the best care. She kept my Mom and I informed about testing, results, all the way through discharge planning. Her attentiveness, patience, and skilled services that she provided to my Mom made a profound difference in my Mom's quality of life. My mom has since been discharged from the facility and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sullie and her entire team for their outstanding service and dedication. Your staff's efforts exemplify the highest standards of elder care, and we are truly grateful.

I have nothing but great things to say about Family of Caring. My uncle was recently there and I never doubted that he was well cared for. I would especially like to thank Carol, the social worker, for making the experience as smooth as possible.

The name of this facility stands by its name. It is a Family of Caring people/staff. My brother stayed @Tenafly area. The moment he was transferred there from the hospital ( after going through recent stroke) he was amaze by its cleanliness and attentive/caring staff. I dont think I never saw a DON, social worker, administrator , assist admin do their rounds around the building and take their time to check on my brother. But I think what takes this place more outstanding is all the staff: esp the Nurses who are very hardworking and very attentive to my brother Taniya, Sam, Ellis, Sullie, Christian Rowena, Simone, the CNA’s with their quality care- Carlos, Idelca, Joy, Jessica C and of course PT/ST/OT- Yoko,Steven, Wendy,Amber, Sherry that helped my brother to walk better, be more independent, climb up and down the stairs with ease and speak clearer. My brother had suffered Aphasia, Ataxia and right sided weakness so these improvements helped us tremendously. Thank you to Dr Jose Sabogal for your expertise and professionalism and who is always available to help my brother. To Dietary, I appreciate you. Thank you to all the staff who are very kind and compassionate. We are so grateful and not disappointed in choosing FOC @Tenafly

My wife was seriously ill and hospitalized for over eight weeks last year. We received glowing recommendations from professionals about Family of Caring at Tenafly and upon discharge from the hospital she went there for rehabilitation. We are extremely satisfied about her care. The nursing care has been very attentive and her doctors have been so impressed and “pleasantly shocked” by her remarkable healing progress. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists have been so dedicated to her. They work one on one with her and her progress has been amazing. She has progressed from being bedridden to walking. All the staff know her name and are always helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate her needs and those of family visitors. We are very happy that we chose this facility.
