I would NOT recommend this place to no one. My father was there a week and fell twice. We still don't know how long he laid on the floor bleeding. He had a head injury and they didn't bother doing X-rays at all. Then the food trays would come and my dad needed assistance getting started, no help. It's all about the money with them. Helen and Ryan were wonderful. Nurse Helen actually sat with us and wanted to know about my dad, no one else did that. I gave one star only because of Helen and Ryan.

This place is understaffed, they want one thing your money. The nasty carpet needs to be replaced quickly, please don't place anyone you love here. Including your pet. They should be ashamed of themselves. We change the sheets & trash cans ourselves because we were there. If Your not going to be there everyday to watch them look out stuff won't get done. They will be laying in that bed not moving for days. This is not the place for any human. We took my love one out as fast has they could walk. Shut this place DOWN!!!

They’re looking for the quick easy government (ie Medicaid) check. Turned my mother away despite her having in-network Medicare because they wanted a “guarantee” from the secondary insurance. No discussion of any alternative financial arrangements when she could have afforded it. They don’t want your money they only want the government’s money! Don’t be deceived by the five-stars on Medicare.gov. They have a poor reputation and poor reviews elsewhere. They wasted our time looking for a post-hospital 3 week stay.

Firstly I'd like to thank Michelle rice for promoting this location while my husband was up in Cleveland, without her we would have never found such a excellent skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Upon arrival to the facility the transition was very smooth with a very friendly and welcoming staff. The level of care exceeded our expectation by providing great wound care and physical therapy, while also providing peace of mind to me and my family.

My Mom recently moved from an assisted living facility to the Country Club Rehab campus due to deteriorating health conditions. I can't say enough positive things about the level of care Mom received during her time there. Each and every staff member that we met or worked with took the time to get to know Mom and us. They were exceptionally responsive to her needs, very professional, and quite caring. Her room and setting were very, very nice as well. If you have a loved one in need of skilled or rehab care, be sure to reach out to the team here - you will be quite glad you did!
