I would highly recommend Concept Care at Home. We were in a very stressful situation with urgent need for overnight care. Katie and her team not only came through, they provided compassionate care and great support before, during, and after we hired them to help with Dad. It turns out they were even more helpful for Mom, who was reassured when the caregivers were there.

The Concept Care at Home team has been incredible to work with from the beginning. It was important to us to find a team that we could trust to provide safe transportation for our loved one, as well as a team that were professional, kind, patient and respectful. All it took was a single phone call to Jeff at Concept Care and he was able to provide my Mom with a live-in caregiver. Within hours of her being discharged from the hospital, the most amazing caregiver, Catherine, arrived and took over. That was such a relief after the stress of the hospital stay. Having Concept Care involved kept my Mom out of a rehab facility and in her own home to recover. Thank you Jeff for your prompt attention to our needs.

I highly recommend Concept Care at Home. We received excellent care and attention at a very stressful and difficult time. My contact, Jeffrey, was extremely responsive and was able to provide care for my mother almost immediately. I was so thankful for the around the clock care my mother received, the advice and care Jeffrey provided and the overall care and attention my mother received.
