On May 9th at about 6:30 p.m. of this year I ran into an elderly woman who was at the local Walmart. She was waiting outside with her little purple walker/chair and when I asked if she was okay she told me that her lyft ride was late and she had no internet on her phone. This woman reminded me so much of my mom that I couldn't leave her standing there so I offered to stand with her and wait... Then, She looked at me with desperation and asked if I would give her a ride home. (Her home was Hellenic Senior living)..I dropped her off and when I got home I realized that I still had her bag from Walmart in my car so I got back in my car and went back to the facility... It was about 7:00 p.m. (maybee a little later ) I walked in the facility and my first thought was that it was very clean and very well kept..... I had no idea where I was going or how I would ever find this woman but I had to try... The front desk was closed and everything was very peaceful and quit ... Thankfully I heard voices upstairs so I went up and was instantly greeted by two beautiful ladies/nurses who greeted me with beautiful smiles and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. I could see they were getting medications ready for the residents and I hated to bother them but they were my only hope. I explained the situation and tried to recall as many details as I could about the woman and even though it began to feel kind of hopeless these two ladies didn't stop... They asked a few more questions I gave a few more answers and before you know it we found the exact resident!!!.. I was so happy and so thankful for these two women that could have very easily brushed me off... But they didn't ..They were busy but they helped me regardless of that. And I'm so thankful for them. These two ladies really stood out to me and I wish I would have gotten their names because they deserve to be acknowledged. I hope that by the details I gave of the time that I came into that facility these two women will get acknowledged for their customer service, great attitudes, friendly demeanor, and just by being beautiful women both inside and out...

I am in the process of getting my mother in law placed there and Cindy, the marketing director has been so amazing! She is so friendly and kind and really goes above and beyond making everything super easy to follow and the transition easy! She prints out steps of the process so you know exactly what is left to do in getting your loved one in their new home! I am happy to visit my MIL at a place where they really do take pride in their job as well as the people they’re helping!
