My Father in law was at the facility before his passing. The staff was friendly, there were accommodations and activities made for the residents and family members were often kept up to date. It was almost a home away from home, I would recommend this facility to those needing care for your loved ones.

Friendly, caring staff that is attentive to the residents there's always something going on to keep the residents entertained and spirits lifted. Cherry Hill is very dedicated to taking care of its residents.

I cannot say enough good things about the care my mother received at Cherry Hill Healthcare Center as they prepared her for a very special milestone — her first cruise at age 70. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure she was medically, emotionally, and logistically ready for this trip of a lifetime. The nurses, CNAs, social worker, business office, front desk staff, and leadership all worked together seamlessly to coordinate medications, paperwork, travel readiness, and last-minute needs. They were patient, thorough, kind, and incredibly supportive — not just to my mother, but to me as well. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed, and I always felt like my mom was truly seen and cared for. Because of their dedication and teamwork, my mother was able to travel safely with family and friends, comfortably and with confidence. The joy on her face during this trip is something I will cherish forever, and Cherry Hill played a huge role in making that possible. If you’re looking for a facility that treats your loved one with dignity, compassion, and true professionalism, Cherry Hill Healthcare Center is it. I am deeply grateful for everything they did for my mom and for our family. Thank you for helping create memories we will never forget.

I was a rehab patient the summer of 2025, and ALL the staff that were in there at the time I was there were very nice to me and now that my oldest sister is there now for an extended stay the staff is just as nice. Our 86 yr old Uncle Frank came to visit last week and said, This is a nice Nursing Home compared to the one in Montgomery, AL. It’s not perfect but I see the struggle of the staff and I know they have their hands full. Praying for the entire staff. Thank you for a job well done.

I would like to say this, i have read several of the comments below some are good but most are bad. One thing i will say about a nursing home yes there are some emoyees that don't perform to the best of their ability or follow all the guidelines. But as a relative of the love one placed in the nursing home do you first try to get a full understanding of how things work from financial responsiblity to healthcare? A lot of families are misinformed because they talk to people outside the nursing home who doesn't know the state laws nor the policies and procedures that governs the nursing. Secondly, many people put their loved ones in a nursing because the care they need they either can't do it themselves or they don't want to do it. Some of the sponsors have jobs would you go to work and do your job and tell the company you work for don't worry about paying me I am good? No you wouldn't, so why do so many family members want to leave their love one in the care of the nursing facility but when it comes to discussing payment for the services provided some family members get upset. I do not understand you want the nursing home to provide a service but you don't feel the loved one's check should go to the nursing home. That is not fair. When it comes to the care of your love one how did you respond to the staff i ask thay because some family members act real nasty with the staff one kindness deserves another you treat people the way you desire to be treated. In no way do a staff member ever want to intentionally hurt or neglect a love one but if you feel neglect is happening it is a better way to handle it than going online and leaving a negative comment. We all have done something that we may could have done better but some people in this world are so judgeme ntal and quick to disgrace other people before they try to work together on it. All i am saying is nursing homes has good employees and some that are not so good when you consider performance but that is on ever job with every employee if you want to see a change in the way things are done start by looking at yourself and see what you can change on how you handle things and you may see that the issues was not really an issue just a misunderstanding. Ask questions of the staff educate yourself on how things work at the nursing home. A resident's check has to go where the resident go its the state of alabama law. Go online and look up rules and regulations for alabama nursing homes you will see. TAKE CARE GOD BLESS
