This place is horrible!!!! Please visit your loved ones.. This place shouldn’t even be open! .. No compassion, several Occasions where care wasn’t given at all.. Administration and leaders do not take accountability, and couldn’t care less about the patients. My grandmother passed while I was literally in the process of having her moved! I literally beg them to care and they never did!

This location is GARBAGE. They are lazy and they do not try to help the patients get their health back. They rather sit around and curse having loud conversations, watch movies on their phones, and chill than do their jobs. I literally stood at the door on purpose one day and called back to back and was constantly ringing the bell at the same time. I was hearing the phone in the building ringing and literally nobody answered the door or phone within those 30 minutes. I heard one girl get smart with a resident that was in his wheel chair bc he was trying to tell her we were at the door and he went in the break room and tried to tell her. She hollered at him. My grandmother's phone and charger went missing and when I called up there and cut up then they found her phone but still couldn't find the charger when all of her things were placed in her purse. They are freaking thieves. These workers are beyond LAZY and they don't value their job. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD !

All the reviews I've read is true about this place, the most uncaring bunch of people I've ever dealt with, not a good place to send your family members. I feel so sorry for those patients.

In the process of removing my love one from .this facility! They are very irresponsible when handling patient belongings! I've be very patient waiting on them to replace my fathers belongings! The only thing I can say is they have a staff that steals from the patients! They fill like they should not replace what was taken from their patients! It's bad enough that he is not getting the service that was promised which is rehabilitation! They basically wants those beds filled just to get a check! This is the worst place to put your family member in! The staff is horrible especially the ones on the weekend! They don't even want to open the door for u! And when they do come they have attitudes! I called several tines about my issues nothing has been done nor resolved!
