Customer service is very important when dealing with the public. Ms. King is always very pleasant when I visit she is-always pleasant. When I call she is helpful and informative. When your love one is sick this helps soften the daily changes.

Do not send your family here. My grandmother has been neglected and abused since she was sent here for rehab. Most of the staff not all has an attitude and are unprofessional. Management seems to take up for this behavior just to keep an abled body working in the building. Smart remarks made by staff when making a report. Nothing is confidential. My grandmother was hit with a bed remote across her legs for asking it to be placed near her, then had liquid soap was poured on her while being yelled at by Cna for her to turn a bed rail loose during a so call bath. The Cna also referred to my grandmother as girl be quiet. Yanked her side to side when she hollered that he was hurting he kept stating girl you all the same ain’t nothing wrong with you. Her socks only get change when they decide to take her to the shower which they told us she only gets on 11-7. So they wake her up at times to take her to the shower. Bed baths they don’t wash her feet. Half of the time same socks been on all week until I change them. I have had to wash her feet where brown dirt comes off. Staff eats her food at times when she doesn’t want it in front of her. Dressings where left on her heels that had been place by the hospital pass a week that she was admitted to the nursing home until I notified her POA. Clothes missing, even though family does her laundry. Her bed has been broken and will not lock since being place here. Another Cna verbally abuse my grandmother because she had diarrhea for over 7 days. The list goes on and on. Please take caution when think of taking your love one to this place. No bedside manners. Room walls need repaired and more. Nurse Von is one of the worst ones. Very nice nasty! Don’t believe the workers who get on here and post fake good reviews to bring there numbers up. Lying is never okay. Morals come before a check. Update: my grandmother was sent to the hospital from this rehabilitation shortly after this incident and has now passed away.

My mom’s experience at Arlington was awesome . They were very attentive to her care and rehabilitation. The occupation therapist and physical therapist took care of her every need. Mike and Shay were totally the goat. They made sure she was able to be independent upon her release. The facility was always clean. She said the food was delicious. If I could give 10 stars I would. I would highly recommend Arlington for your family. Thank you so much from the receptionist to the nurses and CNA’s for taking care of my mom. The director was so kind and nice. Again thank you for the care given my mom during her stay.

My brother love Arlington. He said the food, his care and the people were good. When he first arrived there were somethings that I had to call them out on and they immediately corrected it. He loves all the staff. When I go it's always clean and well maintained. I do visit my brother and bring him home for overnight stays. They always have him ready along with his meds. I would say this, if you put your love one here stay connected to see what is going on. My brother can speak so he can tell if something happen too. But since going his trek was removed, his peg tube, he got glasses, he sees the podiatrist, his wombs if he gets any are taken care of by top rate nurses. The therapy team are wonderful. I would recommend Arlington, but I also recommend you stay connected with you loved one too.

The staff at Arlington has been so great with keeping our family up to date on my grandmother's progress. The physical and occupational therapy has truly help granny improve in her health and because the complete staff professionalism and getting granny where she needs to be physically, my granny decided to stay long-term at Arlington. Granny has met new friends. She is more social able, gets her nails and hair done on a regular and she is always excited about all the wonderful activities Arlington have to offer. Overall, my grandmother's health and quality of life has truly change for the better because of her stay and staff at Arlington. I would recommend anyone who needs short or long-term rehabilitation care to Arlington!!!
