Thanks to Tish and the entire staff at Elite Nursing and Rehab Center for all the excellent care I received for nearly 8 weeks at their facility. The staff were accommodating and extremely helpful in my recovery. I enjoyed working with the PT department and went from coming in on a stretcher, to managing a wheelchair and then to a walker. I loved that there was a hair salon which was a nice feature to use. I would give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them for healing and rehab . An excellent facility!! .

Everyone is so nice friendly pleasant. This facility is a hidden gem, there are so many things to do here. It’s a top of the line living/ rehab care facility. I’m so thankful we were able to experience this place during our Mother’s illness/ rehab.

I wouldn’t take my pet rat there if I had one. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and they don’t know how to talk to people. They are not compassionate they are unprofessional and messy and that is Sapose to be the administrative department. They have roaches ceilings falling in in patients room from a leak the halls smell like urine as well as some patients if they focused on that instead of gossiping and being disrespectful the building would look and smell better. They audits behind and everything but that’s not important to them digging in peoples business is more important so there you have it!!!

Angela has outstanding customer service skills. She is very personable. All the staff are focused on helping visitors. We were greeted by everyone from the moment we entered the facility until we left.

Not a single administrative staff member returns calls unless it’s about unpaid bills. And that call comes at 4:30 PM on a friday allowing for no effective problem solving. They cannot keep administrators for longer than 3 months. There was no hot water for over 3 weeks this past winter, thus resulting in patients refusing showers. Even with warm water you are lucky to receive a shower once or every other week. The nurses are understaffed and overworked; there is frequently 1 nurse and 1 CNA working two floors totaling 24 people. They are “under construction/renovation” but i have seen no major renovations done, only the most minimal of repair. The cleaning staff is just subpar; there was a cup of urine in a patients bathroom for over a month, see attached image. The rooms are not regularly mopped or swept, let alone is the hallway regularly vacuumed. Do not send your loved ones here. The care staff are wonderful people being worked into the grave because of this place. The hemorrhage employees because of administration. Do not send loved ones here unless you plan to be there daily.
