Just like most nursing home facilities this one gets a bad rep from previous names and ownership. But with new ownership comes great change. This is not the place it use to be as some would have you believe. The nursing staff truly cares about the people who live there, and they work hard to make sure they are well taken care of. Change has to start somewhere and they are most definitely headed in the right direction!!!! Kudos to them.

The don is terrible everyone is under her control she runs the facility like a prison she is rude careless & ignorant all her nurses are rude some of the younger ones not so much cna are battling against each other instead working as a team they are underpaid and understaffed don runs everyone away staffs is so rude especially in the morning just as soon as you see a good cna they are thrown out the door all the lowdown people they keep i assume no care no heart just prison ran 15 patients per person is insane

I would rate a -3 if possible. I don't usually leave reviews but this needs to be told!! Lived here a year and it was horrible. My roommate smoked crack every other night and when I reported it nothing was ever done. They refused to move me out of the room too. Cnas have horrible attitude problems, lazy and don't even get me started on the money hungry administrator. Laundry was always losing my clothes and they were never replaced. And to top of off when I moved I was unable to take all my belongings at one time. When I went back to get it was told they got rid of it!! To steal from the residents is as low as u can go and for the administrator to allow all this is beyond me. All my stuff together, that they stole, was over $1500!!! It was everything I owned and had to my name!! Thanks and hope y'all are enjoying it. KARMA!!!

One star would be too much!!! I wouldn’t put my dog least of all my loved ones in this building. Notice I didn’t say facility. They gave dedicated employees but not all. The worker turn over is unthinkable. They never have enough employees per patients. Most of them are over worked and under paid. They don’t reward the faithful employees. There is no communication between shifts. I don’t lump all employees in the same category. There are some who render great service, nothing extraordinary; really just doing there job. But believe me they were ridiculed for it. We didn’t have a choice in this location, but if you have a choice, PLEASE DON’T CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!
