I appreciate the way the staff helped my mother make a smooth transition into this beautiful, well-organized community. Samantha, Sydney, Rick and Chuck were warm, welcoming and reassuring that Mum would have all of her questions answered. They very generously spent time keeping me posted, so that I would feel comfortable knowing that she is enjoying the programs, the facility and the people.

Samantha in the ED role and Sydney in Community Relations are standouts. They bring real energy and sincerity to what they do, and you can tell they take pride in helping families find the right support—whether that’s assisted living or memory care. They don’t just talk about the community, they believe in it. What really struck me was the atmosphere. I walked in during happy hour—there was music playing, people smiling, residents engaged. It didn’t feel staged or forced. It felt natural, welcoming, and alive. Ashley, who leads programming, deserves a lot of credit as well. She’s clearly driven and thoughtful about creating meaningful experiences—not just activities to fill time, but opportunities for residents, families, and guests to truly connect. It’s clear that at CareOne, they understand something important: it really does take a village. And here, that village shows up every day. My 5 Stars are going to a Super Star worker at Care One. Ashley McLean the Program Director. Being a state away from my mother and father, Ashley has always kept us informed on how they are, and always tends to their needs!! She is compassionate and caring and so fun! I can tell she truly loves the residents at Care One, and I know if I needed her in a flash she would be at their door. She has been there for my mom and dad through tears and laughter and I just love her. She is the real deal and always goes the extra mile for pretty much everyone. If your thinking of Care One, the entire staff there really do care about the residents. The dining room staff, cooks, maintenance, cleaners, activities staff, and guests that come to entertain are pretty much all amazing. But my Bright Star goes to Ashley. Thank you for all you do to make our family feel a little closer than we really are. You are loved!!!

The cream of the crop. My company LOL ENTERTAINMENT performs frequently at Careone so we see things from a different perspective than visitors - I’m very cognizant of the conditions of assisted living as my parents were both living in one - Careone is clean, friendly, really cares about the well being of their residents. The events they hold are second to none filled with energy, enthusiasm, creativity- they often bring in local children to bring life and spirit to their events. The dining hall is bright, clean and provides a lot of variety- I notice this each time I visit. When I age to the point I need to move to an assisted living home I’ll ask my family to bring me here
