The care one staff truly do care for all of their patients and it shows. Everyone there is so kind and inviting! I particularly appreciate how much effort, specifically in the activities department, that I see they put in to make their residents happy. I would highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. The staff is kind and welcoming, but the activities department was definitely the highlight. They always have something fun planned, and the activity staff does a great job keeping everyone involved and making residents feel included. Gabrielle is definitely my favorite staff member here in CareOne! It was incredibly easy to communicate with her and she never failed to make sure my mother had an activity to do instead of staying in her room. It’s clear they truly care about making each day enjoyable.

The activities director here is absolutely wonderful—so engaging, warm, and welcoming to everyone. It brings me so much joy and peace of mind to see how they go out of their way to invite and encourage my brother to join in on the activities. CareOne at Randolph is truly an amazing place, and the activities program is a huge part of what makes it so special. The activities staff goes above and beyond every single day to ensure the residents are truly engaged and having fun. They are incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help with a smile. The attention to detail here is wonderful—the activities director does a beautiful job decorating the facility based on the occasion, which makes the entire place feel so festive, warm, and welcoming for everyone. One of the biggest highlights is the food events! Margarita and the fantastic kitchen staff host wonderful events, like their cookouts, which everyone absolutely loves. My dad could not stop talking about the “day at the beach” cookout… the lobster rolls were amazing!! The food is always delicious, and it is so refreshing to see the staff consistently taking the residents outside to enjoy the fresh air and have fun together. The sense of community here is incredible, and I cannot thank the activities and kitchen teams enough for all their hard work!
