I want to thank everyone who's involved with my mother's care for a great job. You all helped through a trying time and we as a family thank you so much. Thank you Angela from therapy for your staffs great skills and getting my mom moving again and giving her advice to manage herself when she's home. Thank you to all the Nurses, Noreen, Wendy's, Denise, Julius, if I am missing anyone, I am sorry. To all the Cnas, thank you as well for taking great care of my mom. To the U.M. Carla,thank you to making sure her orders were taken care of. Thank you Sharlean V for watching over my mother as you do with all your patients and just felt better when your there. Thanks to concierge for checking in with my mom and activities, trying all the time to get mom out of that room. My mom said this is the best rehabilitation place. Thank you chantelle, Sara , Courtney, Sara, Rebecca C the DON and Tara for helping my mom from a difficult experience. Your all amazing people and proud of everyone. Patra thank you for helping with the discharge planning and setting up services. Brooke, thank you for taking time out of your busy day to check in with mom. From the entire Romano family to careone peabody thank you, you're a great team.

My husband was at CareOne Peabody for 5 weeks. My experience with the staff was wonderful. I found them to be very kind and helpful during this stressful time. PT did a good job with get my husband up and moving. Beverly the respiratory therapist did a great job with getting Oxygen equipment to go home with. The company she picked was very helpful and showed me how to use the equipment.

Was sent here by mistake from Beverly Hospital, however if I were to need all the services that are provided here, I would definitely come here. The staff has been fantastic all of them the specialist and staff the respiratory therapist the physical therapist, the occupational therapist nurses and support staff. Everybody here has been really fantastic, and if this was the level of care I needed. This is definitely a place. I would choose to come to.

In 2022, my sister spent several weeks at this skilled nursing facility while recovering from a rare and aggressive cancer. Our family was deeply impressed by the quality of care she received. From the beginning, the nursing staff demonstrated exceptional compassion, respect, and attentiveness. They took the time to understand her condition and individual needs, providing consistent support with both professionalism and empathy throughout her stay. The therapy team was equally outstanding. They provided ongoing encouragement, acknowledged her progress, and thoughtfully adjusted her rehabilitation plan as her needs evolved. What stood out most was their balanced approach knowing when to challenge her and when to prioritize rest. Their dedication played a key role in helping her rebuild both strength and confidence. We are sincerely grateful to the entire team for their care and commitment during such a difficult time. Their efforts made a meaningful difference not only in her recovery but also in her overall comfort and well-being. The Administrator at the time also went above and beyond to ensure she received the highest standard of care.

My Mother has been here a few times over the years and I have always felt comfortable knowing she is in good hands. The Staff( from the front desk to the nurses and everyone in between) has always been very friendly and helpful. They really do care at Care One and it shows. Mary, one of the social workers, really took the time to follow up and make sure my Mom has the best chance during recovery. I’m truly grateful for her and everyone at Care One in Peabody!
