THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, this place has had bedbugs for over SIX years, the manager of this place has repeatedly asked tenants for their card numbers, has evaded their privacy with “inspections” which others have none at all, has left a FEW of them with no air conditioning, she has told a tenant that they aren’t allowed to leave their room, told others that they’re not allowed to go to other rooms. She has done nothing for my grandmother but make her miserable. SHE IS ABUSING OUR DISABLED AND ELDERLY

I HAVE LIVED THERE 2 TIMES THE PLACE NEEDS CLEANED UP THE DRUNKS AN DOPE HEADS PUT OUT ITS A BAD PLACE TO LIVE ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL JUST DRIVE BY AN LOOK AROUND IT DIRTY OUT SIDE AN IN SIDE BED BUGS FLEAS MICE NOTHING WORKS LIKE IT SHOULD THERE IS ALOT OF SICKNESS THERE U DO NOT WANT TO LIVE THERE .THEY WILL TELL U ANYTHING TO GET U TO MOVE IN .THEN ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE RENT MONEY NOT YOU OR IF EVERYTHING IN UR APARTMENT WORKS .NO COMPANY WILL DO WORK THERE THEY DONT PAY THERE BILLS .HEAT / AC/ DONT WORK MOST THE TIME PEOPLE WILL TRY AN BUM OFF YOU OR TRY TO BE UR FRIEND SO THEY CAN STEAL U BLIND .THE MUNCIE INN IS A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE THAN THERE YES THE RENT IS CHEAP BUT THE PEOPLE THAT OWN IT R CHEAPER ITS A REAL DUMP .
