We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff are and how involved the Administrator and Director of Nurses are with all of their residents. They really help people who live there.

This facility is 100% AWFUL. The clinical staff and the business staff care nothing about your loved one please heed my warning. Your loved one is not safe is in this facility and staff will go so far as to lie and put something in quotes that are not even the vernacular of your loved one. The care for patients in this facility is 100% non-existent. If your loved one has any money please account for it because they do not keep a ledger or any kind of record. I will say again the staff does not care for your loved one, the treatment and care of your friend, or family member is not the concern here. They do not monitor the patients the way they should they should to the extent of life-threatening. Please do your research on this facility. They will lie to your face until something happens to your loved one

The staff at Brookside cared for our Aunt during the last year of her life and we are so grateful for the loving care she received. She suffered with severe behaviors related to dementia and had been kicked out of two different nursing homes before coming to Brookside. Unlike other nursing homes, Brookside never gave up on her. They saw her as an individual and were always problem solving ways to make her life better. We are forever grateful!
