The primary concern of the director is profit. Constantly understaffed while my Mother was there. The employees do the best they can with what they have. I will always regret taking my Mom here.

My mother is a resident at Brookdale Lake Highlands.She and I are both very happy and she has regained her independence. All of the residents I have met are happy and engaged. The staff is amazing and very interactive with the residents
