The staff WILL steal your loved one’s things. My mother had multiple items stolen from her by staff there. I mean, what do you expect, it’s Dallas. I should have brought her out here to West Texas.

So far, the patient care techs are very impatient. Dad is hard of hearing and had a difficult time understanding staff.

Management need to retrain PCT's on customer service and patience, and recheck monthly.

Maintenance seems an afterthought

Don't tell the patient they run out of food and some of residents didn't get breakfast if they request something else.

Five Points refused to admit me based on false information, made assumptions instead of reviewing my real medical needs, blocked me from speaking to anyone in charge, and hung up on me twice. Completely unprofessional and discriminatory.
