If you read any review, please read this one. Do not ever let your loved one be sent here. This place is down right negligent. My father was sent here for in patient physical therapy to regain some muscle after a stroke. He has very limited mobility and needs assistance to do any tasks requiring location changes. He used his call button because he had to use the bathroom and the response time was so slow that he wet himself and had to sit in it for two hours before someone came in. He requested breakfast and they did not bring it to him until 11am, and when they did, it was two cold pancakes and they did not bring him anything to drink. Another morning he felt sick and used a bag to throw up in. Some of it spilled in the process, and once again, no one came to assist him for a prolonged time. The food is cold and not a healthy balance. One evening they served only creamed corn and another side dish, no protein. He ate very little while here. The building has a very strong, repulsive smell. Another man had to go to the front desk to request someone help his mother to the bathroom as she had used the call button and no one responded. There were multiple people available at the front desk who were ignoring the beeping of the call button to instead have a personal conversation. We talked to the head nurse and director of the program twice and saw no change in treatment. This place is a person’s worst nightmare and people are likely treated better in prison. If your loved ones have any will to live, don’t ever send them here.

Do not send your loved one here. The staff is unequipped to handle the needs of the elderly. My father not only was put in a room with a man who was known to the staff to be a problem ( he cussed at my father and turned his television on full blast at night), but my dad was sitting in bed for 24 hours with a 103 fever unbeknownst to the very people who were supposed to be checking on him. My mom and myself called on repeat to see how he was doing and told he was napping. And to add insult to injury his wedding band was taken/lost. Stay away from this place, horrible management and even worse staff.

Avoid. My 83 year old mother was sent there for rehab and no one seemed to notice she wasn’t eating, had a fever and was in severe pain. We had to call 911 in order to get her to receive medical attention.
