I would just like to thank Samone for taking the time to speak with me. My family and myself are Looking for long term care facility for my father. And although Samone explained to me their process it was determined that Belle Fountain couldn’t accommodate at this time. But I really appreciated Samone’s transparency concerning our situation. And I truly let with a better understanding as to what we are looking for.

I would like to recognize the outstanding care and dedication shown by Contessa at Belle Fountain Senior Living in Riverview. She consistently goes above and beyond for the residents, treating them with compassion, dignity, and genuine concern. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help wherever needed make a noticeable difference in the quality of care provided. Contessa has ensured that my family member has received quality care and her attention to small details (opening curtains/blinds, cleaning and organizing my family members items exactly how they want etc). While my experience with Contessa has been exceptional, I do have concerns regarding staffing levels. It often appears that staff members are responsible for too many residents at one time, which can make it challenging to provide the individualized attention each resident deserves. Additionally, many staff members seem to be required to perform duties outside of their primary job responsibilities in order to keep things running smoothly. Despite these challenges, employees like Contessa continue to deliver exceptional care and maintain a positive environment for residents and their families. Her dedication is truly appreciated and deserves recognition. I hope management continues to support their staff by addressing staffing concerns and ensuring employees have the resources needed to provide the highest level of care.

Belle Fountain is the kind of place that reminds you how important genuine care and compassion truly are. During times when families are facing difficult decisions or transitions, having a team that treats people with dignity and respect means everything. From every interaction, it’s clear that the staff truly cares. There’s a level of patience, kindness, and understanding that goes beyond expectations. You can feel that the people here aren’t just doing a job, they’re showing up with heart and making a real difference in the lives of those they care for. It brings a sense of comfort knowing there are places like this in the community, where individuals are supported and families can feel at ease knowing their loved ones are in good hands. Belle Fountain is making a meaningful impact every day, and that kind of care does not go unnoticed.
