Never put yourself, your loved ones, or even your enemies in Bella Terrace. They have completely neglected my family member. My family member is ALWAYS found by me during visits in their room in bed in the dark with the door shut in the middle of the day with soiled diapers, while the rest of the residents are in the common area.<br>I have so much to say about the neglect of my family member but there’s not enough room in this review and I also want to mention the complete neglect of the building as well. It’s always hot and the air conditioner is rarley working and there’s only 1 barely working elevator in the facility full of handicapped residents in wheelchairs, it’s ridiculous.

This is the worst place I've ever seen I would give them a negative zero if I could the building is disgusting the staff talks to patients curse at them they take their disability checks don't follow up with doctors appointments the food is horrible never have the staff they are supposed to have the receiptonst acting like a social worker this place should be out of business!!!!!!

Stayed here for a total of 2 months and it's a lock down facility set smoke times not allowed to leave freely if in stepping stones

I wish I could give it zero stars. My mother wasn’t safe there. They didn’t follow fall precautions and she fell twice, hitting her head and getting a hematoma. They moved her into a dirty room they didn’t bother cleaning or disinfecting before her arrival. The place is filthy and everything is damaged. Her oxygen tank popped and caught fire in her room. Then they gave her another broken oxygen tank. I reported this terrible facility to the state!! Don’t bring your loved one here. You’ll regret it.
