Located on the campus of Wexner Heritage Village, Creekside at the Village offers elegant, upscale apartments in a lavish yet cozy environment.  Through wellness, fitness, cultural and social programs, we are committed to enriching the lives of individuals who seek not only to maintain their independence but to enhance their quality of life.

Assisted Living with Customized Care

Our Assisted Living program at Creekside at the Village provides a comprehensive range of support services, expert medical care, and attentive staff to nurture independence while meeting the changing physical, emotional and social needs as our clients age. 
 
Our program is based on an individualized care assessment that determines the level of care that best meets the needs of our clients, and is re-evaluated every 30 days by a member of our nursing team.  There are multiple levels of care with a wide range of options available, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, and more.

Memory Care Assisted Living

Our 65-year legacy of exceptional care and uncompromising standards has transformed the care model for individuals with dementia-related conditions.  Wexner Heritage Village uses a person-centered approach tailored to individual abilities as the foundation for our memory care assisted living community, The Geraldine Schottenstein Cottage.
 
Small and intimate with a truly home-like environment, our residents are cared for by associates specially trained in dementia care and our key staff members are Certified Dementia Practitioners. Our daily programming encourages healthful, active living and is personalized to each individual's unique needs, abilities and interests. With access to a full-time Medical Director and comprehensive on-campus medical services and amenities, our residents and their families are surrounded by a supportive staff who address their social, emotional, medical, and spiritual needs.

Long-term Care

Wexner Heritage House, our long-term care facility located on the campus of Wexner Heritage Village, remains committed to providing superior healthcare guided by the values and lessons of the Jewish faith.  Do intergenerational activities enrich our residents? quality of life and an array of services and amenities provide a positive, dignified environment. 

Affordable Senior Housing

With over 60 years of experience, you can trust Wexner Heritage Village's senior housing program to provide superior rent-subsidized housing that meets the diverse lifestyle needs of older adults.
 
Heritage Tower and Bexley Heritage Apartments feature gracious, comfortable apartments, educational resources, and Service Coordinators to help connect our residents with various community-based services.  Our qualified staff and engaging programs encourage residents to live enriching and fulfilling lives.  Select apartments are mobility adaptable for individuals who meet the Federal guidelines.
 
Some of the eligibility requirements are as follows:

    Must be age 62 and over
    The age requirement is waived for Heritage Tower if one of our mobility adaptable apartments is required
    Income limits as established by the federal government
