This facility is extremely under staffed and if your loved one needs cared for closely and watched closely DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. weekends and night shift are not properly ran. It is so sad. These pictures are from where my father cut his feeding tube off of himself (can't get an explaination as to when or how this happened)... wow. Just wow.

I would highly recommend this facility. I was very apprehensive about going to a rehab facility due to several unpleasant past experiences. However I was very pleasantly surprised at the excellent care that I received at this place. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The shower is very roomy and safe. The food is way better than past experiences. You would be hard pressed to find another facility that could measure up to this one. The physical therapy treatment and pain medication was also top notch. If you need rehab care do not hesitate to come here.

If I could leave a one star, I definitely would. I don't normally leave reviews, because, well I can brush most things off. My mother was admitted into care after a lengthy hospital stay. She was admitted for rehabilitation. Whilst the rehabilitation nurses were kind and considerate of her, the nursing staff was not. My mother couldn't move on her own, as she has a broken femur and ankle. I understand that the facility has a lot of patients, and some have issues that are bigger than others. My mother was left to sit on her potty chair for an hour, not just once, but several times. She came home with a bedsore that was seeping. They did not turn her in bed, they would make her wait sometimes 6 hours without pain meds. (It was supposed to be given to her every 4) She also stated that the nurses were rude to her on countless occasions, refused to help her into the recliner in the room as well. This place was a space I thought would be beneficial to her recovery, but instead it was a nightmare of a week. Finally I checked her out and just set up rehabilitation from home. Countless times nurses told her that she didn't need to be there. She was treated like an animal and not a human being. She got her medicine at different times everyday, never got water. This is absolutely uncalled for! Her phone ran out of service, and the only way she felt comfortable contacting me was through her own line. They wouldn't give her the wifi password and told her to get up and go to the nurses station if she wanted to make a phonecall! She can't walk! Please look into reviews before bringing a loved one here!!
