Thank you so much to the staff and management at Landfair Altercare of Lancaster.Ohio. My brother had a short stay with the facility recently after being in the hospital for a short time . He had fallen three times in a short period of time and the rehabilitation staff got him up on his feet and moving again. He enjoyed the pleasant staff and very clean facility during his stay. All the employees that we encountered during his stay handled their self with care and professionalism throughout his recuperation.

I cannot say enough good things about Altercare Lanfair! I had to have my foot amputated due to charcot foot and the physical therapy staff was amazing. They're very caring and personable, but they'll make you work too! I went in not knowing how I was going to function without my foot and left confident that I would be just fine. The nursing staff was excellent. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Lanfair to anyone who needs PT or just someplace to recover.

Lanfair has passionate and skilled workers, Chelsea (social worker) is a fantastic resource in helping patients/ residence while advocating in the best interests the patient / resident, and very responsive to families. On top of Lanfair having fantastic environment, their facility is very clean

My mother was a resident there for 5 years off and on for occupational therapy and then chose to live there full time her last 3 years. She loved the residents and the staff loved her! We could take her out as a family for meals, day trips, shopping whatever she wanted to do .We had open access to visit her .That was 10 years ago...The staff is still there that took care of her 10 years ago with the same employees promoted to different positions. Stnas and nurses are still there to this day. Its home everytime I walk in the door to visit our friends who are residents there now.Warm hugs, big smiles, and heart felt memories always awaits me. Shannon Allen , Patrick,Tara, Tamel,and so many more will take care of your loved ones❤️

This is the third facility we have moved my grandma into- first we did independent living, then assisted living, and then had to make the move to skilled nursing. She has only been there 4 days so far- but the difference between Lanfair and the other facilities in terms of warmth/compassion, communication, and professionalism is astounding. Shannon, Lorie, and Chelsea have been amazing!! I feel that grandma will be much better taken care of, not just physically but emotionally also. I will update if there any major issues as time goes on but I know how much I considered reviews in my previous searches so I wanted to let everyone know based on my experience so far- this facility is substantially more impressive than a few other local ones!
