My sister is in the long term care of White Oak Manor in Waxhaw and has been for over 2 years. The care she receives has greatly improved since her first arrival there. Iris, her CNA is consistantly over the top in her duties getting my sister dressed and in her chair (using a lift), brushing her hair, teeth, etc...paying a lot of attention to detail . It is comforting to know she is in good hands and has someone kind to see to her many daily needs. Karen and Shea, 2 of my sister's nurses, are very responsive to any of my questions and follow up as needed with any changes that are needed in her medical care. The therapy department is also excellant with a top notch team of experienced therapists that also show compassion and consistent care. Kelly was instrumental in getting my sister the proper wheelchair that she could operate. If you have a loved one requiring long term or even short term care, I would definitely recommend this facility.

My mom needed short term rehabilitation and after touring several nursing homes, White Oak of Waxhaw stood head and shoulders about the rest! They really care about the patients and all of the staff are top notch. The PT and OT that worked with my mom are phenomenal and even took time to educate us on my Mom's rehabilitation. The nurses and aides and staff were always happy, caring and attentive to my Mom. The facilities is very clean, the food was excellent and my mom had plenty of activities to do to make her time more enjoyable she even made some friends while there. Thank you White Oak we are truly grateful for all that you do to deliver top notch care. 💓🙏

White Oak is a nursing and rehabilitation facility. My stay was for the rehabilitation part of the facility. The staff friendly, supportive and professional. Your needs were addressed in a timely professional manner. My days were spent in the gym, small, but well managed. Mostly available to the rehab patients, nursing facility residents also took advantage of the facility. Meals were well prepared, with breakfast prepared to individual taste. Your individual needs were addressed properly and promptly. While I didn’t participate, I observed bingo and other mass games for the nursing facility participants.

My wife Liz recently spent 14 days at White Oak of Waxhaw for rehab. The building is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the staff are so professional, kind, caring and friendly. Liz was in room 410. Everyone that came into that area were so nice that Liz did not want to go home. She loved the food and the kitchen staff and she gained a couple of pounds. Thanks to Frannie and her crew

I cannot say enough about White Oak of Waxhaw. What a Fantastic Team! From the Receptionist, Therapists, Nurses, Doctors, Dining, Housekeeping, CNAs, Laundry… on and on! I bet I have met 50 wonderful staff members. Each have shown their own sense of care, concern and compassion throughout My Father’s stay there. He started as a Rehabilitation stay, but his cancer and condition was proven to have been progressed too far. He transitioned to long term, then end of life care. I will forever be grateful for the entire staff! A few names I would like to mention, would be Fran, Michelle R., Stephanie, Peggy, Swati, Mireya, Jessica and Jessica, Alice, Tatiana, Sherry, Bri, Ashely L, Andy, Natalie, Diasia, Merci, Daniel, Teresa, Natica, Rebecca, and Janet. Please excuse the spelling... and I am sure I have missed some names. If you ever have a need for your loved one’s care, this is the place to be. I Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💙 Kelly Horton and Family of William (Bob) Storey, Jr.
